Since my younger age, aside from family, there have been three main motivators in my life; technology, good food and fitness.
In my current day I’ve become a husband, father and entrepreneur, which prompted me to question my values.
Recently, my values have evolved from “making sure I’m a good provider for my family” to “care about my environment and the planet I leave to my children”.
This motivates me intrinsically to look for ways how I can use my skill-set as a Product Owner to contribute to those values.
I believe that change is omnipresent with complex technology and that transparent communication builds trust needed to foster agility.
